Sign Petition

We are asking that the public sign a petition that ask the
State of Alabama to grant Thomas Arthur a new trial
based on recent DNA test results. There is additional
physical evidence that has never been DNA tested that
could conclusively prove Thomas Arthurs innocence. We
are asking that Thomas Arthur be allowed to conduct
additional DNA testing on all evidence collected in 1982 at
the crime scene.  Based on the recent DNA results we are
asking that additional DNA testing be conducted on Judy
Wickers clothing for GSR, Gun Shot Residue.

Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University to assist prisoners who could be proven innocent through DNA testing. To date, 206 people in the United States have been exonerated by DNA testing, including 15 who served time on death row.
